• Use cutting fluid when cutting metals, especially if thicker than 2mm.
• Withdraw Holesaw frequently to clear cut material chips.
• Always secure the material that is being cut to prevent it spinning out of control.

Recommended Cutting Speeds:

• Mild Steel: 255rpm
• Stainless steel and Tool Steel: 140rpm
• Cast Iron: 190rom
• Copper and Brass: 375rpm
• Aluminium, plastic, and wood: 425rpm
